Breakfast Bagels

Another hit on the yum scale.

What you need:

One dozen eggs
Splash of milk
Shredded cheese
Ham, bacon, sausage - whatever meat you prefer (optional)
Veggies - whatever you prefer

What to do:

- Grease a glass casserole dish 9X13 works best
- preheat the oven to 350 degrees
- in a separate bowl mix up eggs with milk (makes them fluffy)
- add in your meats and veggies and mix well

- pour the egg mixture into the casserole dish
- add cheese to the top and carefully mix it in with a fork. If you add the cheese to the bowl, it will sink to the bottom when poured into the dish.

- Cook for 20-25 mins
- test the middle with a fork, if the fork comes out clean then it is done

-------------
Let the casserole cool for 10-15 mins. Cut into even squares.

- Open your bagels, add a slice of cheese, and add an egg square.
- Place assembled bagels on a wax paper lined cookie sheet and flash freeze them for an hour.
- Vacuum seal them and pop them back in the freezer

To eat:

Thaw the bagel(s) in the fridge the night before. Put in the microwave for 1-2 mins depending on your microwave. Enjoy!

Fantastic Pizza Loaf

This was sooooo good!! My kids said it was the best pizza ever....and trust me, they are extremely hard to please!

What you need:

1 can Pillsbury French Bread Dough
Olive Oil (I used EVOO)
Salt
Pepper
Parsley
Favorite Pizza Toppings
Mozzarella Cheese

What to do:

- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees
- Unroll the dough onto a greased cookie sheet
- Drizzle the olive oil onto the dough (don't use too much)
- Sprinkle Salt, Pepper and Parsely
- Add your favorite toppings and mozz. cheese
- Roll the dough back into a loaf shape

- Pop it in the oven at 350 degrees for 20 mins or until golden brown

From here you can let it cool for 5-10 mins, slice it up and eat it right away.

Or, you can let it cool, flash freeze it for an hour, vacuum seal it and have it for dinner another night! To reheat, put it in the oven at 350 for about 10 mins.

Hope you enjoy it!!
